The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater Review

Good Morning!
Today I am reviewing the second book in the Raven Cycle series, The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater. I read this book a few weeks ago and I cannot wait to hear your guy’s thoughts in the comments! You can check out my review for the first book in the series, The Raven Boys, here.

Synopsis
Now that the ley lines around Cabeswater have been woken, nothing for Ronan, Gansey, Blue, and Adam will be the same. Ronan, for one, is falling more and more deeply into his dreams, and his dreams are intruding more and more into waking life. Meanwhile, some very sinister people are looking for some of the same pieces of the Cabeswater puzzle that Gansey is after…

Review
I enjoyed the Raven Boys but found myself extremely bored and drained by this one. It is an unpopular review, but maybe it is just me not vibing with Maggie’s writing. I guess I was not just as interested in Ronan’s story as I was with Blue and Gansey. Also, where was my baby Noah for the MAJORITY OF THIS BOOK? I don’t know, I loved reading Blue’s perspective, but everything else felt like a chore to get through. I hope I feel better about Blue, Lily Blue because I did really enjoy the first book in this series, just not this one.
